Experienced operators know the single most critical AR spare part is a spare bolt carrier group, and ours have been subtly redesigned to enhance overall reliability. All critical dimensions and specifications meet or exceed the Technical Data Package requirements.
Fully hard-chrome finished, the V1 8620 steel, full-auto weight carrier includes a properly machined Mil-Spec chromed gas key that is chrome lined and heat treated per the TDP and is secured to the carrier via OCKS and properly staked during final inspection.
Sand rail cuts are added for increased reliability in harsh conditions.
These precisely machined, finished, and hardened parts will ensure long-term proper gas system functioning and reliability and have been engineered based on feedback from real-world end users.

I've been impressed with this carrier and the quality is what you'd expect from Centurion. Chrome finish and machining is perfect. Also did some gauging of my own and have no complaints there. I also like that they went with Ocks screws on the carrier key. Overall it's a fantastic carrier and a competitive alternative to the KAC Sandcutter.
This is the best bolt carrier I've used. Definitely a step up from premium mil-spec unit, the fit and finish is perfect. I will buy more once they're in stock.
