Centurion Arms, LLC offers a 30-day return of new-condition products for either an In-Store Credit to your customer account or credit card refund policy.
You must contact Centurion Arms via email prior to sending the product back for return to receive an RMA.
Return items with the RMA# written on the outside of your well-cushioned, well-sealed/secured package and ship to:

Items that are unused and in the original packaging can be returned and must include accessories and documentation that were shipped with the product, in NEW condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Options Include:
- credit card refund subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- In-Store Credit with no restocking fee. The in-store credit will be issued via email and can be applied toward future purchases.
If you wish to exchange the item for a different in-stock product, with no restocking fee, you will receive an in-store credit for the returned product/s and you can then place a new order for the desired product.
If the product been opened or test-fit and if its accessories/screws/nuts/barrel nut have been or test-fit with wear marks on the threads, etc, used or are missing, OR if packaging has been opened and damaged or missing, they can be returned:
- for a credit card refund subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- for In-Store Credit with a 5% re-stocking fee.
- BE AWARE, the return may be rejected if product is damaged or clearly used (at the discretion of Centurion Arms, LLC)
Custom configured rifles, uppers and lowers, barrels that have customized options such as a pinned gas block, polished feed ramps, Cerakoted items, all clothing items, blem items sold "as is,” and used items (barring manufacturing defects, which are covered by our warranty.)
PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO PURCHASE A FIREARM. We are NOT responsible for you not passing your background check! If you order a serialized item (Lower Receiver, Rifle, etc) and your background check is DENIED, you are responsible for return shipping back to us, as well as a 25% re-stocking fee that will be charged to your purchasing credit card!
If you order a serialized item (Lower Receiver, Rifle, etc) that is NOT legal to own in your state or city, you are responsible for return shipping back to us, as well as a 25% re-stocking fee that will be charged to your purchasing credit card!
If you cancel an order before the credit card transaction has processed, your transaction can be voided without penalties. If you cancel your order after the credit card transaction is processed by the processor with an authorization code, you will be charged the 3% credit card transaction fee for your order total and refunded the difference back to your credit card.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately so we can assist you and issue a RMA if necessary.
All Centurion Arms products are guaranteed to be free of defects in manufacturing and material and carry a lifetime workmanship warranty to the original purchaser (direct purchase or new, from one of our dealers, original invoice required.) Warranty does not apply to secondhand items.
It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels.
Centurion Arms, LLC cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us.
New Website Help
Yes. Since we moved to a new site, all customer accounts must be remade.
Because we have moved our website to a better service, and transferring customer passwords poses a large security risk, all customers must create a new account and password.
No. No customer accounts, besides dealers, have been transferred to the new site. You must create a new account and password for the new site.
No. You cannot access your order history from our new site, but Centurion Arms, LLC still has your previous order information.
We suggest that you do use the same email as your previous account in case your order history needs to be accessed, but you can use whatever email you prefer.
No. All dealer accounts have been transferred to the new site. However, you will have to reset your password, since that is personal information, and we did not transfer your password with your account. You can reset your password here: Forgot Password?

Pricing and Billing
On June 21, 2018, in the case of South Dakota v. Wayfair, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states may now require remote sellers with no physical presence in a state to collect sales tax on sales of taxable products and services delivered to customers in that state.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Your credit card charge will immediately be authorized when you place the order. We manually capture payments each business day morning. Once captured, your charge will be fully processed at approximately 11pm ET and your order will no longer be able to be cancelled without penalty.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We only ship within the United States, and to U.S. territories.
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
