Our uppers currently have a coating of dry lube applied on the interior that can leave a gray tint inside the upper. Because of this process, the uppers are "baked" and result in a matte finish look. If a shiny appearance is the desired outcome, we recommend applying gun oil to the exterior of the upper, as it will change the overall appearance of the upper.
We recommend gunsmith installation for all of our parts. We cannot warranty items damaged by improper installation.
