Our uppers currently have a coating of dry lube applied on the interior that can sometimes leave a gray tint inside the upper. Because of this process, the uppers are "baked" and result in a matte finish look. If a shiny appearance is the desired outcome, we recommend applying gun oil to the exterior of the upper, as it will change its overall appearance.
We recommend gunsmith installation for all of our parts. We cannot warranty items damaged by improper installation.
